Description:
For an institution to reach the apex what’s needed the most is a strong foundation. So to celebrate this auspicious moment of the 94th Founder’s Day, we had Lt. General Pradeep Bali as our esteemed chief guest for the day. The illustrious Alumni greeted him and so forth also joined the function. Proud parents of our newly elected cabinet members also enjoyed the function.
The function started with the flag hoisting followed by the School Anthem. After that a moment of silence was requested to pay tribute to our brave martyr soldiers. The silence was broken by the bold voices of our school choir thereafter the Investiture Ceremony begun. Our school Principal revered Fr. Anil Sequiera began with the oath, to which our new school cabinet pledged to follow. They were awarded with the badges and sashes by the Chief Guest. Following the ceremony was the March past by our school houses and Alumni.
After the celebration, there was a panel discussion with our Alumni who had earned expertise in their respective professions. The purpose was to engage the community and provide them with the lesson that shall prove lucrative in the near future. A match was also held between the Ex-Edwardians and our current school cricket team, in which the Ex-Edwardians proved their enthusiasm by winning the match.
